The project consists of modifying an existing concrete structure to house a 25 suites hotel which shall be coupled to a 5 suites cruising yacht used for entertainment purposes.
The concept is simply based on additive elements to minimize abortive work on the existing concrete structure (following the client’s wishes).
Those architectural elements mimic the water vehicles design elements, to reinforce the intended use of the project which is based on both land and sea accommodation.
