The requirements was simple: a project consisting of 4 individual of 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms units, one of which having a fully private garden and swimming pool and the 3 remaining with a shared swimming pool and garden. the client intention was to construct this project in consecutive phases extending up to 4 years. The 1st phase being the 3 bedrooms unit with its private outdoor garden and swimming pool. the remaining 3 units shall be constructed during the following years expanding the project to its final state. The units shall be constructed with an industrialized approach, where most of the works executed and finished in the factory using LGS steel and paneling system, this is to reduce the initial cost and increase the quality control in addition to allowing the project to always be operational while expanding.
